I'll look at your existing heating system, the size of your property and how your household actually uses heating and hot water before recommending a boiler.
I regularly install Baxi, Worcester Bosch and Vaillant, but I'm not tied to a particular manufacturer. If you've already chosen another boiler that is suitable for your property, I'm happy to install that too.
BOILERS I REGULARLY INSTALL
A range of boilers for different properties and budgets. Current Baxi ranges carry manufacturer warranties ranging from 2 to 10 years, depending on the boiler selected and the manufacturer's conditions.
A broad range of combi, system and regular boilers. Current Worcester Bosch gas-boiler guarantees vary by model and installation, with up to 12 years available on certain products and qualifying installations.
Another manufacturer I regularly work with. Current Vaillant ranges have different standard guarantees and extension options; selected boilers can qualify for up to 10 years, subject to the relevant conditions.
Prefer another boiler?
No problem. I'm happy to install other manufacturers too, provided the boiler is suitable for your home and heating system.

COMBI BOILER
Heating and hot water from one compact appliance without a separate hot-water cylinder. Often suited to smaller and medium-sized homes.
SYSTEM BOILER
Works with a separate hot-water cylinder and can be a good choice where there's greater hot-water demand.
REGULAR BOILER
Sometimes the right solution for properties with an existing traditional heating and hot-water system.

As part of the installation, I'll assess the condition of the existing heating system and make sure it's appropriately cleaned and protected. Where additional cleaning such as a powerflush is recommended, I'll explain why before any additional work is carried out.
